The 401k is great, they match some of your contribution. The vacation and sick time is good, and you get a floating holiday as well to use any time. The downside is there are no bonuses.

Good vacation, 3 weeks to start. Health plan better than Obamacare, but not much and is expensive. Good 401k match, up to 6%, but takes 5 years employment to be fully vested. All benefits cost much more here tjan where I worked previously.
