Great benefits, 401k where they match you 50%, VSP, delta dental, lifelock ID theft protection and the option between Anthem or Kaiser
It's pretty basic. Not bad not great. Lots of paperwork. No perks like local gym membership discounts, no bonuses of any kind. You get a salary and that's it.
Benefits have gone from highly competitive to less than adequate in less than 3 years. Sick time accrual got cut in half to save them money. Our 401k benefits went from a 10% contribution to a 6% match. All of these changes with no other offering of compensating us for the benefits they took away.
No sick leave; no vacation days first year; little vacation time buildup with service time to Company. Indicative to me as not valuing lower level employees who are extremely loyal to the Company and the Company demands that loyalty. There's a gap on the Company's doing their part back to the lower level employees. Unfair exchange! Benefit package about mid-level. Like fact benefits not needed placed in 401K by Company.
health insurance is expensive and gets more expensive every year. The 401k offers a 6% company match. Tuition reimbursement up to $800 a year or 75% of tuition, whichever is less. Vacation is 2 weeks a year, after year five it's 3 weeks a year. Sick time is 40 hours a year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
