Overall, pretty much run-of-the-mill benefits. However, expect them to force you to take your own vacation when they choose if you're not 100% billable because they're not doing well financially. Additionally, while they have some programs that appear to be positive, like tuition reimbursement, training budgets, etc, when I was there, they were suspended due to poor financial performance.
