Medical insurance is a FSA through United Health care. This insurance covers emergencies only. $8,000 out of pocket
The best is 9% 41k contribution. Inadequate amount of sick days is the worst.
We have two HRA healthcare options, and they recently introduced an HSA option. 401k is matched up to 6%, and we get two weeks paid vacation, and five days of sick time.
Parental leave is 6 weeks fully paid for mothers and fathers who are full-time employees. Mothers who had a c-section receive an additional 2 weeks.
My vacation, benefits and salary package is competitive and I take full advantage of my 401K and the company matching.
