    I believe there is a cap for crown replacement (1 per year) however all surgeries and cleanings are covered. Only thing not covered is elective procedures-like fluoride treatment.

    You have to pay extra for. Don't know anyone that took advantage of it during my time there

    Very basic dental insurance plan offering 2 visits to the dentist per year, I had no major procedures, so not sure what else is covered.
