Don't remember company perks but the health insurance was from the Union and it was amazing (1199). 20+ vacation days, many sick days and a couple personal days. The food at the hospital was subsidized.
Great healthcare but very bad salary with no yearly increases. Also, no maternity benefits. Lack of support for female scientists.
