Health benefits are very expensive and cover less and less. They try and keep every employee under full time hours so that no health benefits are even offered.
For the money the rate seems really high.

Very competitive package for industry. Healthy measures allows participants to work towards discounts on the employee portion of the cost of the plan. This plan rewards a healthy lifestyle or progress towards one.
Having cheap affordable health insurance that offers better coverage and less copay and costly fees compared to paying for your own insurance out of pocket is a big bonus. I pay $40/month compared to what I used to pay which was approximately $300/month. Most visits are free, compared to $30/visit previously, and more access to more hospitals with better doctors. I had Kaiser previously.
20% co pay for most health care, free screenings for wellness checks. Vision is 20% co and dental coverage is great as long as you use an approved dentist.
Best thing is the low premiums, while the coverage is good as well.
Average premiums with limited plan choices to chose from. Only have kauser the only option for HMO.
Previously was very good and covered alot of situations but has suffered in recent years due to reduction of employee benefits.
