Albertsons offers union benefits depending on location which can be good. It also offers good family insurace. However if you work here and have insurance you may also need another job to pay for your rent and car payment.
As an hourly employee, you must average 30 hours/week over a 6 month period in order to qualify for insurance for the next 6 months. You must meet the deductible, which for me is $900 before co-pays kick in and most find it impossible to afford the cost of an office visit so it's almost impossible to reach the point where you can go to the doctor for the co-pay.
They have good insurance but as far as retirement it’s garbage. You’re better off having your own 401 k plan

One of the best in the grocery industry. Only drawback i would say is the recent switch in prescription coverage. It is really confusing and requires more out of pocket.
I didn't get signed up for 401k when I first started which is almost 12 years ago I actually thought I was signed up for it
