    Great medical, dental and vision insurance. I had a lot of dental work done and didn't spend a penny of my own money. Paid vacation depends on how many hours you work during a month. Paid sick leave also depends on how many hours you work during a month.

    For full time employees in better positions the benefits are a lot better. For part-time employees (and full-time) in this position the benefits aren't as good.

    Health insurance was misrepresented and they gave me an FSA when I signed up for an HSA. I found out when I went to use my money.

    Having to be in a union that is not doing its job, we have not had a contract for 8 years but still have to pay union dues. We lost our insurance through the union and have to use the one offered by Albertsons that is WAY more expensive

    It has a rather good package for health and dental if you are in the old contract. Minimal amount to pay and good benefits in return.

    As an hourly employee, you must average 30 hours/week over a 6 month period in order to qualify for insurance for the next 6 months. You must meet the deductible, which for me is $900 before co-pays kick in and most find it impossible to afford the cost of an office visit so it's almost impossible to reach the point where you can go to the doctor for the co-pay.
