Three use or lose PTO days a year. Union benefits are different than non-union, but both receive holiday pay and paid vacation (some can be caried over), even part-time employees.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Front End Manager in Federal Way, Washington State

The worst thing about vacations is that the management goes by whomever puts in the request first. Some people's lives are very spontaneous and need to be taken care of also. Management would also get irritated if they had to work hard to get the job covered for vacation.

Each year you get a year, you get a week’s paid vacation, up to 5 weeks. 3 floating holidays. Sick pay after a year.

You get vacation time but they just pay you out for it every year rather than paying you when you take it
