They stopped matching in 2014. Instead, they introduced cash account program. in 2014 to compensate for not matching.

Beside the Aon Hewitt transition, I was very satisfied with their 401(k) plan.

It is over. Instead there is a new program called CAP which still is funded by 6% company's contribution, however, the annual interest rate is fixed at 4%. It is no longer funded by operational earnings but by Lucent Technologies Pension Plan Fund.
