The 401K plan is great (2 - 8% company contribution your first year; 8 - 12% company contribution after employeed one year). However, sick/personal time needs to be implemented (or the vacation time should be increased to accommodate sick time).
They have a great benefits package, if you could only get hired on permanently by getting your evaluations on time instead of months later!! If not hired on for a permanent position you receive absolutely no benefits!!
