They will go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to taking care of their costumers & employees.

Free lunch on fridays. Free swag (ie, nice jacket, shirts). Like most places, don't expect any health insurance, vacation, 401k, or anything of that nature if you are part-time as I was.
Alder has a lot of perks. Lunches every week, free Crossfit gym, stocked kitchen, snow mobiles, 4 wheeler, Top Golf passes, and more. The only thing lacking from Alder's benefits is health coverage but they typically pay more to compensate for lack of coverage.
There are absolutely no benefits provided by alder at the time of me leaving employment with them beyond providing a one hour lunch.
Just all around there is nothing beneficial about Alder except you get your paycheck twice a month. I would not work here again.
