    There is nothing at all good to say about the benefits in Aldine. The vision and dental plans are passable at best, which is the best I can say.

    The health insurance will get you the coverage you need, but it is extremely expensive, and if you end up in the hospital a lot of the money you'll be spending will be coming out of your pocket.

    The benefits are very expensive for a family. The deductible is very high as well. So a person may do better getting insurance outside of their job. Lastly, maternity leave is unpaid. A person must use their sick days to get paid. They do offer short term disability but it only pay for six weeks and cover half a month. It's better than nothing.

    If you suffer from a serious disease, expect to pay high prices for the medications. Pricey insurance and the district doesn't negotiate well on behalf of the employees.

    Not very many options. the options that are available are quite expensive when actually going to the doctor which really can make things complicated when money is tight.

    Too high!!! ($125 per pay for self) ($415 for self and child per pay).

    do not cover too many health most common issues, never was able to make it to deductible, as it it way too high, premium + pay out of pocket killing annual pay. problem to find doctor in network, insurance agent provide you long list of doctors you looking for and you need to find which one actually in the network. but after visit was complete you deal with bill which is way too high and answer for your question "yes he is in network, but not exactly", so you being in medical help needs need to research again and you will end up with same "yes, but not exactly doctor" and bills. and this bills will be counted towards to some other rate deductible not the one which gives you relieve. my only question to the employer: if you pay low, please take moment to stop and recalculate what would be adequately premium cost for the employee having dilemma "i paying premium, but cannot use it because i still need to feed myself somehow".

    The premiums were too high.
