they take almost everything out of your paycheck if you sign up for benefits therefore I personally didn't and chose to get an insurance outside of what Aldine had to offer.

Health insurance is very expensive. If you have a sickness , you will pay high cost for insurance but the medication prices will still cost you a fortune. Teachers should have a better and more affordable options.

Too expensive. Was not able to afford it when I only got paid $12 an hour based on a 24 pay period which resulted in a huge paycut than from what I deserved.

The websites for searching out doctors is very comprehensive and easy to use. I do however find many of the doctors in the network to be on the more expensive side.

The benefits package is ridiculously high! For self ($125 per pay period) With 1 child ($415 per pay period). You can just imagine a family!

New updates on benefits cost: it us up again and no raise. no chance to shop for affordable med insurance as legally you have insurance provided by employer and do not qualify to switch to supplemental.
