“Typical health insurance, nothing great about it”
“match was fair, they had it through a good company before the Abbot buy out”
“10 days pto from your first year till your third year ”
Overall 401k, matching, PTO, maternity leave, educational benefits, stocks, EAP, dental, health
Benefits were standard. Nothing great about them
Best - full coverage, worst - limited doctors
The worst thing about the benefits package was the health insurance options. Every year the choices were poorer, the coverage was less and the cost was higher.
Decent benefits package. Standard for the type of work. Different than Abbott even though they are owned by Abbott
Best: vacation accrual and schedule flexibility Worst: medical package options
Available benefits were OK until Alere was bought out by Abbott. Previous management low balled ran k and file employees on the severance package probably to seal the deal with Abbott.
Excellent benefits numerous Medical plans to choose from
Up to 6% 401 match as long as you contribute up to 3%.
Great benefits and vacation time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
