Employee cost for medical, dental & vision are lower than I have had a previous roles; very similar coverage. 401K is pretty standard 50% match up to 6%.
Overall is good enough to work for few years.
Time off is great, but sometimes hard to coordinate with teammates and business needs. Medical/dental/vision is mediocre, more expensive than my past employers for comparable benefits. I don't take advantage of other benefits. 401k match is comparable to other companies that I've worked for. Flexible working is very good, but arrangements depend a lot on your manager - some teams are very flexible, others are more limited.
I honestly did not learn much about benefits during my time at AMS. They emailed us a bunch of packets, but we never had an information session.
Good insurance covers a lot
Flexible PPO; reasonable cost and reason deductibles
Great benefits with an immediate 401k match... and also a generous amount of vacation time!
401 is complicated to navigate, not always straightforward how portfolio is doing. Time off and health-insurance are above average.
It's the same as other companies.
Time off is great. I started with 15 days of time off, 6 sick days plus all of the major holidays. It comes to well over 25 days off throughout the year. HSA was okay, once you leave the company, you forfeit that money.
