PTO was somewhat limited by the need to be available for clients around the holidays.
2500 cash upfront deductible before company coverage
The insurance is 100% out of pocket until you meet deductible. That is can be a lot of pocket that you never made back. There is HSA dollars, but they don't match.
High deductible health care coverage, costly family plans and poor coverage. Reasonable PTO accrued each pay period but one grouping for any leave taken.
Insurance was not great, nor is PTO policy, but neither are terrible.
Benefits really depended on job title and role some where better than others
They did not contribute to much to the cost of various plans. They did offer a broad variety of options.
The best thing is that AOS funds an HRA that you can take with you when you leave. The worst is you will need the HRA to cover the healthcare expenses not covered by their primary plan.
Fair to low benefits package, dental is non existent, better off to get one off the web
Ridiculously expensive benefit package. Much less coverage than my previous employer at double the cost. Effectively reduced my salary 10%.
