High Deductible Plan is the only option available.
Very expensive costing well over $700 a month for a family. High deductible HSA. Nothing positive to say about it.

High Deductible Insurance (6k) Everything is paid out of pocket until that threshold is met. However, the company does contribute 2-3k into our health savings account.
Medical offered is pretty much the same everywhere. A HSA with a high deductible. PPO plans was removed when I came on board. Vacation is 14 days a year.
Health insurance costs the Employee ALOT. This is a HSA plan that is 3000 per person, or 6000 for family before insurance pays anything. Provided HSA account AOS will put in half of the deductible. Alot of items are not covered and do not go towards the deductible. you end up paying money out of your normal paycheck if you have monthly medical costs.
