“Starting out up to 5 years of employment, paid time off is as followed: • Vacation: 120 hours (accrued but can go into the negative within the same year) • Sick: 48 hours (front loaded) • Holiday: 10 days • Floating holiday: 2 days (16 hours) Most time off in the fall/winter will be denied due to annual enrollment. Business needs come before mental health. Save your sick days for these times. ”

You can choose the level and insurance company based on your family’s needs. We have 30 medical plans to choose from. Dental is approximately 20 plans and vision is about the same. With so many options, good health insurance can be very expensive (especially when adding family members). Medical cost needs to decrease/alight needs to contribute more towards health.
