Seems lower than some other companies.
12 days of paid time off for each year for years 1 through 3. Increases to 19 days off after the 3rd year.
Needs to be more competitive with 3-week accrual as new hire and possibly a 9/80 work week.
Get rid of PTO - break out to Vacation and Sick.
I was fortunate to be one of the first 4 employees hired at the Fairborn, OH location so I was in Group "1". After they purchased Anteon (after the stock evaluators told the company to grow organic and quit buying companies), Alion established numerous "groups" for benefits. Those groups did not accrue the vacation and PTO at the same rate (lower).
They offer the standard time off and some flexible days that you can use any time which makes it easy for special occasions.
It seems to be above average, but low.
It is too little since they force you to use it when they are not allowed to bill contract
Equal to other companies in area
If you don't work you don't get paid.
