“In the past it was a no cost out-of-pocket but now increasingly employees are contributing up to 20%+”
“Below company peers, standard 3-4 weeks I believe”
Comprehensive coverage, flex work schedules, good overall
Above average total compensation with higher share from year end bonuses that do tie pretty strongly with firm performance.
If you're single your health insurance premium is no cost to you (medical, dental, vision). If you have a family the cost in nominal. I have PPO and my yearly in-network deductible is $300, out of network is $600. I used to work at a company where it was $5000 plus I paid $400 a month just for my coverage. This place treats their employees very well.
Strong benefits package that takes care of the individual and families
Flexibility in work from home policy
Health benefits are good, however wish we had BCBS. Generous PTO and parental leave benefits. Paid maternity leave. No employer 401k match. But very satisfied overall.
Very solid package of benefits
Best benefits Obamacare will allow!
Good benefits overall. Used to be better but then the company cut back on health care.
AlixPartners is the first company that I have worked at that offers both a company funded retirement account as well as a 401K account. They do not match contribute to the 401K, but I like having both, which allows me to max my 401K and still have a separate account that I don' t contribute to at all. An employee must be at the company for six years to be fully vested-receive 100% of what has been put in the retirement account.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
