All the basic insurances are covered, health, eye, hearing, etc. Unfortunately, even though AWL is in the insurance industry, there aren't very good corporate relationships set up with any carriers to provide a discounted rate for employees. 401(k) matching is not great, as it is in a tiered approach rather than a fixed amount. But something is better than nothing, 3.5% I believe if you max out. Hired with 6,500 shares of common stock as well which was definitely a bonus.
