PTO time only is available. Sick and vacation isn't broken out.
Accrued hourly at a set rate based on position equal to roughly 3 weeks the first year. This is greater than many competitors who start at 2 weeks vacation/sick pay.
Vacation and PTO accrual begin the first day you work. Time given is fair (accrual rates equal 3 weeks PTO the first year).
