401k is excellent, Health insurance just average,
Benefits for the union employees are good. Salary gets screwed all the time.
If you are in the union the benefits are good. Non-union people get screwed.
Very competitive benefits ecspecially 401(k)
401k has helped when in need of finances.
ATI benefits are best in class for the hourly workforce. If you are in the USW they are even better. The salary team seems to think their benefits are average or slightly below
Cafeteria wasn’t there and recreational activities
Pros: Competitive company match and policies for retirement savings, competitive vacation time/long term sick leave Cons: high deductible, no paid paternity leave
Benefits are relatively good, especially the retirement contributions and vacation time. Salaried individuals get good vacation time in the first year.
