Adding any family members to the healthcare package is not affordable
The benefits suck and no shift differentials.
The pay is fair however the benefit package is over priced. They do not match nor do they contribute to 401K.
If you are single as I am benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision about $100 bi-weekly) from other coworkers multiple people on policy could run upwards of $700 a month.
Have full medical, dental, vision, 401k, direct deposit, PTO, personal time, and paid holidays.
401k with 3% Match at 90 days, Health, Life, Dental and Vision at 30 days, 24 hours personal time, and 48 hours of Vacation PTO time given to after 90 days. Prices are not bad for families all benefits listed for 150ish per week.
Benefits package wwas available company wide, but the utilization of it was horrible due to no staff education being made available for exactly what benefits were offered. Oh and just because the leave was available did not make it possible to take it.
PTO was available but difficult to use. Insurance was a High Deductible Health Plan or HMS through United Healthcare paid at 50% by employer. No Direct Deposit. 401k - no company match. Domestic Partner coverage was offered.
I was told that I could not receive benefits until I set date, however when I received my w2 they sent a paper for the IRS that said I was offered insurance benefits. When I asked the company initially how much insurance through them would cost me I was told it would be "$600 a month, $300 out of each paycheck." When in reality, it was $138 a month. So they lie to you so you don't want insurance through the company.
401k with out company contribution, good PTO, no direct deposit yet.
