Variety in benefits is the best (a lot of options). 401K match is the worst. Although, I need to acknowledge that it is competitive.
Fairly standard benefits offering, usually have some updates on an annual basis to keep things current.
Flight benefits are amazing, 401K, profit sharing
Fair with medical, dental and much more
Not bad for an airline
1 week PTO with 2 floating days. Upgrades to 2 weeks PTO after first year anniversary.
Flight benefits are the best
This company has the absolute worst benefits I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are pricey and the health care company denies everything from blood work , quick care and even preventative care. I just received 2 denial letters for yearly exams for both my son and husband. Awful absolutely awful nobody has ever even heard of the company & every year they switch to a new company which is the biggest dam hassle ever. Get it together Allegiant our benefits suck!
Coming from the private sector to a large company I am very pleased with all that Allegiant has to offer
Best thing was the flight benefits for you and your family get on other airlines, buddy passes for your friends, and free flights for your family. The worst thing would be having to wait 6 months before being able to use them.
