Basically very little flexibility with schedule
Positives: health insurance, 401k, internal stock program, Winner's Circle incentive trip available. Negative: 401k match is very meger, health insurance is more for worst case scenarios vs day to day preventative care.
Premiums are moderate, but 401k match needs improving
No Paid vacations or sick days as well as no raises for Three years while the company I work at has given a raise to their actual employees.
As a contractor, you can't find any info about after your initial assignment with company
