You have 28 hours of personal time every quarter. You start off with no vacation time and cannot use it until 6 months after hire. You have to work for that time. 400 hours of working = 8 hours of vacation time. You get holiday pay AFTER a year of working there and some holidays require you to be there two years before getting paid. The benefits are okay. The offer health insurance, which can only help you if you want to stay in southeast Michigan OR have a PPO policy that's expensive and does not cover much. They have great dental and vision coverage however.
Benefits were very poor if and when available at all . Not sure what the current situation is now though .
There isnt one to offer
All bottom of the barrel.
No 401k, there's really no good benefits
No 401k, No Short Term Disability, No Retirement Package of any kind. They used to offer Affleck not sure if they still do. They do offer medical, dental and vision for not only you the employee but for your family as well however you as the employee have to pay for most and by the time you are done paying your portion with your already low rate of pay you have next to nothing in your paycheck.
