Overall, Allegro has a fair, competitive and well rounded benefits package given the company size and global organization. Benefits range from 401K matching to Medical, Dental, Vision coverage to Educational Assistance, gym membership and transportation reimbursement.
The employees have to pay most of the cost of the benefit package with very high deductibles. It is interesting as employees are on a very bad benefit package while executives get a better one.
