“standard 5% matching, like most other employers”
“I really like the benefit options, besides the standard health, dental, vision, legal, etc... the onsite gym and cafeteria were great perks.”
“good number of days off, I got 20 combined with sick time”
Benefits are robust and healthcare insurance was very good providing a broad range of coverage.
Great PTO and health insurance
Health insurance, 401k, paid time off
Lower than average 401k match, rising benefit coats each year
Expensive, yet comparable to other organizations
Company perks, health, vision, dental, PTO,
The perks are very compatible with other companies of the same size. Love the onsite gym, the cafeteria, health and dental, and retirement packages were also very good.
good hsa employer contributions up to 800 bucks
Everything is terrible about the Alliance Data benefits - extremely expensive and doesn't cover most of what a normal tech company would (which is unfortunate as they purchased my former employer who was tech).
401k match, competitive maternity leave, just improved paternity leave
