You receive 76 hours to start and a week of pay after 5 years
You are granted your PTO upfront - no accrual. The only downside is if you don't "accrue" enough to cover the amount of PTO you spent by the time you leave the company, it does come out of your last check.
152 hours of paid time off per year starting your first year. Additional 40 hours per year after 5 years.
Plenty of PTO and above average for collection industry.
you are given hours of PTO just after your 30 days you can earn more as you work longer and it is easy to request the time off you need.
Above average PTO that is not kept super strict. If you get your work done you should have no problem getting the time off you need and everyone is very flexible with sickness and emergencies so working from home at times is alright.
One thing not mentioned here is that these are elected time off options. They also have an attendance policy that essentially serves as your sick time. Point system... 6 points ... And it is scaled to the attendance issue. For a call center it is pretty generous. Your pto supplements your hours missed. Again... Depending on the job you could have 20 days pro yearly!
You gwt almost twenty days of paid time off. You also have vto options and flexible time off where you can shuffle hours around...like leave early one day and work a little extra the next day
66 hours of personal time off per every six months. Vacation, sick days are both consider under the personal time off hours.
The vacation time is not enough
