The benefits package was through Cigna, and was pretty much the same compared to other Cigna plans I've had in the past.

The Benefits were great. As a single person I went with a PPO plan with a 1500-2000 deductible. After the company paid for some of it I was only out $180 a month. Not bad. They offer full benefits.

Insurance is a little bit spends but overall it is worth it.

The best part is the amazing quarterly bonuses! They are higher than any company I've worked for. The negative is the medical benefits are not great and they're expensive. It'd be nice to have Kaiser as an option or if you opt out of medical to be compensated for not getting them.

Vacation time and 401k matching could use a bump upwards.

medical insurance is fine if you dont have kids. If you support a family try to get a better job somewhere else with better benefits.

I have twice the amount of sick time and vacation time as I was offered by a competitor. The fact that they have a career apparel program is great to help supplement your professional wardrobe. I haven't seen anyone else offer that. Insurance premiums are a little high, and I think there are better options out there than Cigna to be using.

Free life insurance is good but health insurance is way over priced.
