Insurance provider is great at a good cost to employees with fabulous physician options. Employer matches employee retirement contributions. Housing discount is really nice.

I haven't had a lot of experience with benefits but overall I'm satisfied. I couldn't give 5 stars because I don't know what I'm comparing it to. Of course, I always want a little more!

I have no complaints about the benefits package. Gym discounts would be amazing.

Bonus structure changed 3 years in. Quarterly bonuses were $2,500 that dwindled down to next to nothing. Based on market conditions, NOI, meeting budgets. One shoe doesn't fit all. Compare a 29 yr old site to a new lease up the bonus structure is rigged for new sites. How can you make bonus when the old site falls apart due to age?

They have a great tier system with insurance, you don't have to pay higher insurance rates if you don't need them.
