You have to accumulate your time and by the time you have earned a few days off, you've worked a lot and if you need a vacation day or two you have to find someone to cover your shift before its approved, which is hard because no other properties want to help unless you help them first.

Decent. Always had what I needed. Could improve upon.

I have this a 3 Star because although you have a good amount of time off, you’re time off is held hostage by your regional and other employees based on performance and coverage. Seeing as most properties in my regional are always spread thin and always hiring for some random position that means time off has to be after the first but in between pre close and month end and variance and financials with accounting so...never. Welcome aboard!

They give more sick time with every year of employment instead of Vacation which makes staff call in sick instead of planning time off. Which ends up stretching the office staff thin, this is a HUGE problem in Alliance.
