It covered what I needed, when I needed it, and was reliable package to accept and be part of. The bad is that is can be expensive so not sure of the trade off but okay it was what it was.

They have none. You get one weeks paid vacation a year and a $15 gift card for Thanksgiving. Never paid for any holidays and they do a schedule bonus here. So if you are late you loose .75 per hour for the whole week.
