    Best thing-they've managed to keep our medical insurance premiums relatively low. Also good is that pay is relatively high, but that does require that we work alternating weekends and work regardless of weather conditions.

    401k match is only up to 3 percent, health insurance is ok, they do give you a lump sum in January if you are on the high deductible plan, PTO plan was reduced a lot a few years ago

    PTO is very generous, with people on board for a year or more having 4+ weeks of vacation. Managers and above have non-monitored PTO status, meaning they can take off as much time as they'd like provided their job is still completed. Health plan premiums are on the low end if you're in the HDHP, and it seems to be a company initiative to push people toward that plan moving forward. 401k match at 50% of employee contribution up to 6% is probably the weakest part of the package.
