PTO is very generous, with people on board for a year or more having 4+ weeks of vacation. Managers and above have non-monitored PTO status, meaning they can take off as much time as they'd like provided their job is still completed. Health plan premiums are on the low end if you're in the HDHP, and it seems to be a company initiative to push people toward that plan moving forward. 401k match at 50% of employee contribution up to 6% is probably the weakest part of the package.
There are lots of advantages to working here: lots of paid holidays, healthcare incentives, HSA contributions by the company. The new unlimited vacation policy for managers makes it harder to justify time off when everyone is so busy, but that's a small issue compared to all the positives.
I did not get benefits because I was an intern, therefore not eligible to receive benefits. Interns are part-time
Tuition reimbursement. I love it.
Good gym on site. Only match 3% of 401k.
Good benefits and bonus program
Company is very employee-focused, especially on wellness benefits.
It would appear that we have a pretty solid set of benefits here. 7 paid company holidays, a competitive yearly bonus program of ~5% depending upon various company goals (which are almost always met), decent 401K match. The health care plan seems to cost a little much but I don't really have much to compare it with.
Compensation package is pay for performance and the new CEO has increased the payouts and structures twice since he's been here. Really good package for those who perform!
