There is nothing bad. They match 7.5%. The insurance is great and the company has always contributed extra when the results are great.

Great 401K match, 7.5%, 3 health insurance options to choose from which comparatively speaking are all pretty cheap. Vacation time is average. They also pay for some life insurance and disability benefits. Other than that there isn't much for benefits.
