Not much paid time off
It’s a union job now so that’s great. If you don’t have something correct on your timesheet though they don’t let you know in time and you end up waiting weeks to be paid.
There are no benefits
we don't get time off or holiday pay or health benefits
Health insurance here is not good, pretty much what you'd expect working at a non-profit. Employer pays very little towards plan. Even the expensive plans leave you with an empty wallet if you have to go to the docs.
I do not work full time (purposely) so I cannot vouch for the benefits of the company. I do however enjoy working for them. The interview/ employment process was smooth and rather quick (about a week). The pay is decent and my hours are pretty regular.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
