The company offers a pretty straightforward benefits package with medical, dental and optional 401K. They also offer perks like Summer Fridays, company outings and some flex time.
Sweeping , includes a lot!
4 weeks of vacation after 10 years, 100% medical coverage after deductible.
There is nothing good about the benefits package. Medical insurance is expensive, hardly covers anything, and has extremely high deductibles. No 401k matching.
Unpaid position and the only benefits were free advanced screening tickets and occasional promotional items that were old and outdated
Perks: Free Movies/Premieres Salary: On the low end, they low ball you for everything single thing even supplies Expenses: There are a lot of business expenses, but they don't provide you with a corporate credit card, rather you have to use your own or a team members and submit for reimbursement 401K: Not a real plan, the company never contributes NEVER. So its really just a savings account. Healthcare: Extremely bad plans. The individual monthly contribution is high! And then there is still a deductible you have to meet. The company contribution must be pretty low to this plan its almost the same as the healthcare marketplace. Retirement: Yeah right, this is for kids, not real adults, its not a real company, not in the sense of securities or value. This is a revolving door don't plan on being able to stay long at all. Time Off: Everyone is always complaining about being overwhelmed so you can take a day relatively easily. Training: Nonexistent Performance based feedback: Forget about it
A lot of room for growth, free promotional items once the movie is finished being marketed, free movies before it comes out
Expect the bare minimum of benefits and no contributions to 401K.
Not a lot of vacation days.
Free movies whenever you want!
