It's all generous to me. Any company that will help pay your benefits its a company worth working for. It only shows they are grateful for what you do for them.
Health Insurance isn't the best, and 401k is not matched but they do offer free vision and decent dental
I worked for Allied before major national health care changes took place. Despite rising costs in health care, Allied was always very generous with their medical/dental/vision benefits, offering plans that covered everything with little to no out of pocket. Vacation was little light at only 5 days off for the first year and then 10 days off for the second year. When time off was needed they were always good about giving it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
