Competitive benefit plan. Options available are Health, Dental, and vision. There is a 401K match. In addition there are opportunities for professional development.
Healthcare benefits are lackluster compared larger companies.
Bonus structure for on site employees is pretty good, but management needs more incentives. 401k matching should be automatic for all employees not based on years of service. Insurance costs are very high.
Pretty basic.Not great not poor.
Typical 401 k Health Insurance etc. Nothing great about it they are on the lower end of things with most of it taking up to six months to kick in.
Offers all coverage. Medical, Dental, Life, 401K. Have to wait full 60 days for insurance and full 6 months for vacation/sick pay.
All I was able to take advantage of was vacation and paid time off and it wasn't often.
The vision plan - it must be the cheapest plan because it only allows for an eye exam every 2 years. Vision plans that I have had with other employers covered a yearly eye exam.
Orion offers an excellent benefit program.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
