Allied Universal makes sure their Officers are well trained and ready to serve. Most importantly for the Officer, it's paid training. They also make sure their Officers are First Aid and CPR and AED trained which i really thing its in important.
Training done in Alexandria office was great. Training done on job site was terrible. Anything went wrong everyone started pointing fingers and shit rolled down hill. Management never took any responsiblity over failures

First of all , almost everybody in this company is a liar! they play a lot with new employee, you cannot trust to their words. some of trainers are good some of them are not. They cheat a lot and constantly break the laws too

The new hire orientation training is a little like boot camp but fun. You do learn a lot. Once you're out in the field they run a lot of drills so u get lots of hands-on training.
At the current job, I'm at, I had 4 hours traning and have to work out in the awful 100 degree weather with very little air!
This company has something called EDGE Training which is very extensive and ongoing. It is essentially an "Online University" for Security Officers.
Most of the training is on line and done on employees time frame.
There is mandatory training you need.
