From the time our Security Professionals are hired to 6 months of employment, we offer an extremely robust package of perks and benefits that give our team peace of mind that they can provide for their families and have a rewarding career serving, protecting and helping the community around them.


Allied Universal has negotiated special discounts for employees (and in many cases, family members) for a wide array of products and services.

We have partnered with over a dozen colleges and universities around the country to offer you meaningful tuition discounts — up to 50% off education – for a wide variety of degree programs.

The Scholarship Program is open to children of regular, full-time Allied Universal employees (with 6 or more months of service with AU). We will award up to 10 annual scholarships of up to $1,000 each.

    Benefits come out your checks so it best to try and work overtime to pay for those benefits. But the perk system was nice and had good deals
