Allied always makes sure I'm paid when I request off for my vacation. The worst thing is that if i don't use it, i may loose the hours

Eligible for vacation time after 1 year at full time 38+ hours per week. You earn vacation time in hours not days based off of how many hours you have worked up to that point. Vacation time is limited to 40 hours and increases slightly each subsequent year. National Holidays are typically work days at time and a half pay.
