The benefits are typical for a health care entity of this size. PTO incorporates vacation, sick time and holidays. The accrual could be improved since there are sites that are not open on a holiday so employees are forced to take PTO.
Even if you are PT, they still don't want to give you benefits.
Really great benefits. Take advantage of 401 K opportunity. Maternity Leave. Plenty of vacation days to be taken throughout year and also paid which is nice.
PTO is based on the hours you work, additional hours are added and for holidays, 401(k) match is good
