Need to work there 5 years before you get a reasonable amount of PTO
2 weeks PTO can be earned for the first few years of employment and if you dont use it all you can carry it over up to a certain amount, I think its like 350 hours! I had over 300 hours at one time and didnt think I would ever use it so I actually was able to donate a large amount to an employee in another dept who was undergoing a serious surgery. We also get a birthday holiday pay and a floating holiday.
30 days pto that include holidays and sick days
Paid time off is comparatively mediocre. There are zero recognized paid holidays, and all employees must use their own PTO on national holidays. PTO accrues at the same general average as most businesses, but is consumed more quickly because of Allina's no-paid-holiday policy.
Accrual it at a fast rate
I earn a day every pay period.
No sick, vacation, holiday or personal time just one large bank of time off accrued as you go. That being said it is very generous
PTO earned per hours worked, including OT time.
Fair PTO policy in place. PTO encouraged
PTO sucked all vacation, sick and personal time-off was bundled together even required holiday's was taken from your PTO hours and time off was accrued over time as you work. I did like you can roll it over year after year but there is a limit on how much you can have saved, but that was never an issue for me as I felt I never had enough time
