401k employees and wages
Comprehensive benefits. Unfortunately, maternity leave is standard 12 weeks w/o pay.
Cigna high deductible plans that makes you not want to go to the doctors and requires multiple appeals to have tests covered and they do not cover many maintenance RX's that other health insurance plans do.
The best thing is that your insurance and company paid life insurance starts on your date of hire. I have never worked for a company that has done this before
Benefits are not competitive for IT companies in Chicago, especially health care IT. No paid parental leave, just FMLA. Insurance is more expensive and higher deductible, so factor that into any salary requests. HR refuses to negotiate vacation, so everyone starts with only two or three weeks PTO. No separate sick days. Bereavement leave is for immediate family only. You can pay for legal assistance program. Tuition assistance isn't for everyone and is difficult to acquire even if you qualify. Some benefits change from year to year, like bonuses and mental health coverage. There are spending accounts for health care, child care, and travel, but the max you can add to the account is very low, not even a quarter of what you'll spend during the year.
Matching 401K up to 4%. Employee stock purchase option. Health Benefit package has decent coverage. Bonus is available but almost impossible to achieve and receive.
Medical insurance is average to industry standard and really not covering many procedures, high deductible for doctors visits and medications. Good 401K match
The benefits are great, alot of PTO. Affordable ins. Nothing more to say. But keeps giving error from moving forward
Allscripts offers associates a comprehensive benefits package with a generous contribution to employee premiums. The health, dental and vision insurance is outstanding and the medical staff always wants to know where I work when they review my coverage.
Good benefits package.
