It was the standard benefits package. The only downfall is PTO is hard to use while still meeting utilization goals and with the way things are scheduled for travelling employees.
When I began (6 yrs ago) the medical benefits were quite good, but they have slowly become less so - 80% then, 70% now, removed the most popular options (PPO)
The best part of working at Allscripts is the option to work from home. It is especially beneficial for those who live further away from the job and do not want to make the long drive each day.
Health Insurance is getting worse every year. This past year the BEST package we could choose only covered 70% of costs. I don't mind paying an increase every year except when the coverage gets worse and worse.
Only senior management receives an annual bonus. The company is going through budget cuts, but still, senior management receives their annual bonus.
The PTO is the best. They give it to you up front.

Allscripts has 401k matching to 2%, medical/dental/vision, 10 company holidays a year, and new folks start with 15 days of PTO.
