Combine sick and vacation days into PTO days

We didn't have to ask for them in advance.

As stated previously in this questionnaire - there are no sick days avail. at this level of Allstate's express offices, therefore PTO must be used for everything. Sick child/employee, spouse, parent, emergency, basically anything.

managers seem to resent you actually taking paid holidays or sick time or time off for dr. appointments even after you work evenings and weekends (which is expected).
