“Not many holidays off but generous PTO days.”
“terrible, the worst. expect high deductibles”
“need to be vested for 3 years to get the company match”
Allstate Insurance Company's overall benefits are good, especially PTO days and 401K. Work / Life and Wellbeing benefits are good, as well.
Pension and 401k are great, health insurance is lacking. Very high deductible options only.
Good healthcare package - comprehensive - -
Offers 2k a year that you’re allowed to use towards your monthly benefits charge.
Best thing is old school pension and 5% 401K match. Worst his high deductible health plans.
You get Tons of PTO and can buy even more days. Health insurance is pretty bad considering it’s an insurance company.
There were no benefits available.
The paid time off is generous but when the only thing you like about your job is being off there is a problem.
I can't think a good thing, the coverage has progressively deteriorated over the past 5 years. Higher premiums and deductibles, the network includes only tier C doctors and limited specialists. It's really embarrassing when a Fortune 100 company has worse benefits than my wife's plan through a small business.
Price increase with cuts to benefits
