What people are saying about Allstate
Trying to settle a dispute in our company bowl. Please list your carrier. And then note how many company holidays you get AND how many floating holidays you get if applicable. Bonus points for PTO bank/tenure in addition to holidays Example. I am at Allstate. Corporate has 9 standing holidays, but claims has 6 holidays and 3 floating holidays. I am in claims so I get 9 holidays but 6 are standing and 3 are floating. I have been with the company for 6 years. I have 30 PTO days this year.

High deductibles and cost to medical
Typical benefits with time off and insurance. Cost of health insurance is out of control. Deductibles are unaffordable for most employees. Lots of side perks and offerings to employees if you invest the time to research and take advantage of them.
Pros - Benefits, Remote and Steady schedule Cons - lack of training on certain areasand lack of communication among Management and employees
The deductible for PPO alongside coinsurance is not a fave.
CEO only cares about his millions. Simple as. Horrible company.
