Great benefits, management not great, but worth it in the end.
Medical package is the same as everywhere else. Decreased benefit with increased premiums and deductibles.
Generous PTO. Health insurance is mediocre
Time off is good but some other benefits are not so great. Employer contribution to 401k doesn't vest until 3 yrs of employment.
PTO is plentiful for new employees especially.
Great amount of vacation time.
The family health coverage plan is extremely expensive. The worst of its kind. I can’t believe that Allstate being an ‘Insurance Company’ can’t provide decent health benefits for employees who have a family. The only good benefit Allstate offers is PTO. You get 20 days as a new employee, which is very generous. However, the downside is you can’t take the days you want. Specially if you work in the accounting department. It’s on a first come first serve basis and you can’t take month-end off.
Full benefits, personal time off as needed. the agent I worked with was very accommodating with me.
Very generous PTO with option to buy or sell an additional week. Full benefits package. Very accommodating for special needs/disabilities. My team had the option of doing a lot of work from home even before COVID19.
They keep cutting benefits and worst medical insurance I have ever had. Huge issues ... costs a ton for bad insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
