Allstate has great benefits, starting with paid time off, you acquire one day and half per month. They also have 401k benefits. They alternate on some paid holidays too. At the end of the year they give out bonuses based on production which is really nice! Not to mention they feed you a lot!!

Managing existing customers to deepen relationships as well as develope new business opportunities and prospecting. Holding any currently active State of Ohio insurance licenses are a plus but not required. Allstate offers hands on learning, although previous experience in the insurance industry is a benefit. Brecksville Allstate Agency.

Allstate has a benefits package that is not one size fits all. There is a choice of health care plans and affordable dental and vision plans as well. They also offer a 401K that is matched at 5% and vests in only 3 years. You are given a generous portion of PTO with the ability to roll 5 unused days over per year.

Vacation time and paid time off is great. 401k options are good. Health insurance is spendy but that seems to be pretty standard with companies at this time.

Allstate offers a lot around personal wellness. The health premiums went up this year by quite a bit.

The best thing about the benefits is that the company matches your 401k and you also have a pension.

The company match 401(k). The Health Insurance was only two options both with very high deductibles with only about a $500 difference.

The employees of Allstate agents in local towns are not offered benefits nor considered Allstate employees therefore it's up to each individual agency owner to determine what benefits to provide their employees. I found that to be disheartening since Health Insurance is a requirement, Allstate sales life insurance and other employeer benefits packages to companies. This puts an unnecessary strain on the support staff of the independent agencies when there ought to be something Allstate can do to offer everybody that represents their company weather a direct employer and not access to a full benefits package.
