Allstate has the best benefits. Hands down
Good benefits offered overall by Allstate.
They have lots of paid time off. But support staff is not eligible for the annual performance bonus.
Allstate provides decent benefits. They could do better with health insurance benefits.
The number of vacation days you get when you start are exceptional. You get a good 401K plan, and your health insurance is good (if you go with the PPO option).
Bad health insurance and cheap 401k match
Decent benefits, excellent amount of time off and multiple shift selections,
Not a very good benefit package
No medical / health insurance for agent owners
Each agency is individually owned. The agent owner I worked for did not offer any benefits at all. You don’t even get a discount on insurance. They quoted me on my home and auto but it was cheaper with a competitor.
