I wish there were more plan choices
best is the health benefits worst is the pto as its by seniority
Benefits are fantastic. Health insurance and financial options are on a cafeteria plan so you don't have to pay for what doesn't pertain to you. PTO is generous; some managers are more flexible than others with work-from-home or flex time. The company offers the option of remote or home-based work, but it requires department approval. On-campus (Home Office) benefits include a doctor, pharmacy, drycleaning dropoff and pickup. starbucks, a dedicated spot for local vendors (candy, bakers, landscapers, a local farm, etc can come in "farmers market" style), and others. Health and wellness is promoted with walking challenges, at least a day for off-site charity volunteering, and on-site biometrics testing. The culture is very respectful - adverse behavior is discouraged. People are treated with dignity and respect.
Depends on the agency owner, but there's ways to make money there! Especially if you're selling financial products
Best is PTO, flex schedules and work from home options. Worst is the health insurance.
Benefits start day one and it's a complete package, but its expensive if you have children or a spouse. They do give up to $500 to your HSA annually though.
Time off is best benefit
Generous PTO bank and 401k match with pension. Weak health insurance plan.
Benefits are only if the agency owner wants to pay for them. Nothing is guaranteed. Be sure to ask before you accept a position.
There is no benefits at all unless you work for the call center because it’s a small business. And most of the time the will never offer it to you
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
