High deductibles and cost to medical
Typical benefits with time off and insurance. Cost of health insurance is out of control. Deductibles are unaffordable for most employees. Lots of side perks and offerings to employees if you invest the time to research and take advantage of them.
Pros - Benefits, Remote and Steady schedule Cons - lack of training on certain areasand lack of communication among Management and employees
The deductible for PPO alongside coinsurance is not a fave.
CEO only cares about his millions. Simple as. Horrible company.
