Health insurance and 401k matching are mediocre, and time off is difficult to procure, especially if you accidentally get sick.

Most of what they offer is on-par or below average for the industry. However if your a good negotiator you can get a decent response from them.
No more then 2 person off in a given day. which was hard to plan time off had to pick your vacation a year out and seniority came first.
The benefit package seems to be typical for the industry. The Medical plans have become expensive in the last couple years and only deductible and high deductible plans are offered in AZ. They encourage you to use the prefer vendor Healthbridge for any surgeries or you will pay more out of pocket. Dental and vision have good coverage. Employee discount is 10% on auto insurance but if you have a claim, everyone in the office will know. There is only one bank of PTO (paid time off) and it is utilized for both sick time and vacation when staffing levels permit. You have to select your vacation days on the calendar in Nov or Dec of the prior year. Since staffing is low in claims at this time, there is a good chance your request will be rejected. There is "stress leave" that some employees are implementing as the work environment would indicate the necessity.
